New drivers to the State of Pennsylvania must apply in person for a PA driver's license at a DMV center. Currently licensed drivers can renew, replace, restore and pay civil fees, if need be via the PennDOT website PennDOT Driver and Vehicle Services, through the mail at Bureau of Driver Licensing, P.O. Box 68272, Harrisburg, PA 17106-8272.

Provided there no changes to be made, you can renew your drivers license online, by the mail or at a Messenger location.
The state of PA will issue an ID card to minors starting at 10 years old.
During the driver's license application or renewal process, you will be asked if you would like to be an organ donor. If you choose to be an organ donor, a red heart symbol will be added to your driver's license or identification card to signify your decision.
